Brouwer Architecture designed 53 Units (210 Bedrooms) for student living in the heart of Downtown St. Catharines to accommodate the growing number of young people choosing to study in Niagara. This project features a large underground parking facility, state of the art amenity spaces and thoughtfully designed residential spaces that promote community.
